Shipping Policy for NexGenTactical

NexGenTactical operates through our Shopify store, shipping exclusively to the United States. We work with fulfillment partners like Printful and may also ship orders directly ourselves to ensure efficient delivery. Below is our shipping policy to provide transparency and set clear expectations. All timelines are estimates and may vary due to order volume, carrier delays, or other factors.

1. Shipping Destinations
We ship only to valid US addresses. Orders to non-US addresses, PO boxes (where restricted by carriers), or incomplete addresses will not be processed. Contact us at nexgentacticaldft+support@gmail.com to confirm eligibility.

2. Shipping Methods
We offer standard and express shipping options through carriers like USPS, UPS, or others, depending on the fulfillment method (partner or direct). Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product type, quantity, destination, and fulfillment source. Express shipping (1–3 business days) may be available, depending on the fulfillment method. Rates exclude taxes. We recommend reviewing your total before purchase.

3. Order Processing and Fulfillment
Orders fulfilled by Printful are custom-made in 4–20 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays), depending on product type and facility capacity. Orders shipped directly by NexGenTactical are typically processed in 1–5 business days, subject to inventory and order volume. You’ll receive a Shopify confirmation email upon order placement and a tracking email once shipped, regardless of fulfillment method.

4. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on the fulfillment method, carrier, and external factors like holidays, weather, or carrier delays. We do not guarantee specific delivery timeframes. Orders with multiple products or mixed fulfillment sources (e.g., Printful and NexGenTactical) may ship separately. Check your tracking information for updates on your order’s progress.


5. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking via our carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS). Once shipped, you may receive a tracking number via Shopify’s email notifications, trackable on the carrier’s website. For issues, contact us at nexgentacticaldft+support@gmail.com.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, allow 1–2 extra business days, then contact us with your Shopify order number. We’ll investigate with the relevant fulfillment partner or carrier. For Printful orders, claims for lost packages may require up to 5 additional days past the estimate. For damaged or incorrect items, email us photos and details within 7 days of delivery for a potential replacement (at our or Printful’s discretion; additional shipping fees may apply). Per our Refund Policy, all sales are final—no refunds or exchanges are offered. Incorrect addresses are your responsibility, and reshipments may incur additional fees.

7. Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to non-US addresses or certain restricted PO boxes.
Hazardous or carrier-prohibited items cannot be shipped.
Some products may ship separately based on fulfillment source.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed; delays do not qualify for refunds unless we or our partners are at fault.
