Once an order is placed through our Shopify store and fulfilled by our partner, Printful, it is considered final. Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items
While all sales are final, we stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error by NexGenTactical or Printful (e.g., wrong item, manufacturing defect), contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email] with your Shopify order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with Printful to review the claim and, if approved, may offer a replacement at our discretion. Replacement shipping fees may apply, and no refunds or exchanges will be provided.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses
You are responsible for providing an accurate US shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses (e.g., non-deliverable or returned to sender) are not eligible for refunds or free reshipments. Additional shipping fees will apply for resending orders.
